How long does it take to receive my parcel?

Our delivery time is 5 to 10 days from when the parcel has been dispatched. We aim to send out parcels every weekday. Please note that delays may occur during periods of high demand at the carrier.

Which carriers do you use?

We use Postnord, Earlybirds and Citymail to deliver our products.

Can I return my product?

Of course you can return your order. Send an email to skovasken@gmail.com to receive return instructions.

The product is out of stock — when will it be back?

We always try to keep items in stock so you can order through our website. Sometimes, however, demand can be higher than expected. If you'd like to be notified when the product you're interested in is back in stock, you can subscribe to our newsletter.
