Cancel Your Purchase
Under the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, click the withdrawal button (bottom right of the screen) and fill in the form, or use the email button below. Once we've received your request, we'll confirm it by email.

The easiest way: click the button below and a ready-made email to our support team will open. Just fill in your order number and send it — we'll take care of the rest.
You can also email us directly at support@skovasken.com and provide your order number.
Important information
So that we can handle your request, you need to provide your order number.
- If your order has not been dispatched yet, it can in some cases be stopped straight away.
- If your order has already been dispatched, the right of withdrawal still applies, but the item must then be returned in accordance with our return policy.
- The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you received the item, not from the order date.
